° Panels
1 – All panels have to be unique.
2 – Min. 500 L$ per seed / pot / any sundaries
3 – Min. 1000 L$ for any current-event item.
4 – Please use rounded numbers only to set your prices.
5 – The 10% of all your sales have to be tipped to the Auctioneer.
-> If your panel closes as a future sale, you’re welcome to price the items and to let them on panel until the end of the auction. Please, remember to tip the Auctioneer also if you sell in this way.
6 – Max. 2 items per panel.
7 – Max 2 panels per person (free waiting list for second panels).
8 – Split allowed (you can split how you want, even by increasing the price for splitted items).
9 – Series allowed, but min. price is 500 L$ per seed or pot. Splits are allowed.
10 – If anyone is not present at the time of the start, their panel will be reset and item returned.
° Everyone Shopping Panel
11 – It follows the same pricing rules than Panels.
12 – Unique items: do not rez what is already rezzed on Panels or on the Everyone Shopping Panel.
13 – Max 2 items allowed, that have to be priced.
14 – Replacing is allowed if anything sells, but it’s necessary to first notify the Auctioneer.
15 – Do not take items off until the end of the auction.
16 – Notify the Auctioneer any sale – 10% of all your sales have to be tipped to the Auctioneer.
General Rules
17 – Sim Panel sales do not require the 10% of tips to the Auctioneer in charge.
18 – No RP during auctions / No voice unless you are questioned by the Auctioneer.
° Terms and Conditions
19 – Sales are final – Sellers commit to price items at the end of your panels. Bidders ommit to purchase before the end of the auction.
20 – We don’t respond for any sale. However, we ensure that auction violations will result in a ban.
21 – We don’t allow the use of multiple accounts during the auction. Any violation of this rule will result in a ban.
22 – Any donation of L$ or items is final and no returns are allowed.
23 – No refunds for rented panels.
